My Smart TV is obnoxious when connected to the internet. Ads get placed in menus, services I don’t pay for notify me, and the ones I do have don’t even work that good. The TV annoyed me every time I used it, so I found a dusty Raspberry Pi in my closet and got to work.
I used to use my phone way too much. Now there are days I forget to even turn it on. Here’s a list of the changes I’ve made to break the addiction, from least to most extreme:

Quick update on the state of things, I moved from North Carolina about 3 weeks ago.
It’s been a while since I touched most of the stuff I learned in college, so I’ll be trying to dust off the cobwebs. To do this, I’ve started studying for the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam.
We all know that Amazon has become garbage. What may surprise you is that everything else has surpassed it. This is not an ethical argument, we simply don’t need the middleman anymore.
